Ayurveda

Wednesday October 17th at 2.30

This talk will look at the ancient healing philosophy of Ayurveda, seen as a sister science of Yoga. The session will cover an outline of the basic principles, touching on the history and ethos. It will aim to familiarise you with your constitutional type and provide insights into the Ayurvedic principles of good health and well being.

The session will be led by Bill Feeney, (ex director Yoga for Health Foundation) who has been studying Ayurveda for over 15 years with his teacher Dr.Vasant Lad.
