Experience “opening your heart” in these extraordinary residential retreats facilitated by Dr. Harvey Zarren and Michal Curry, both healing practitioners with extensive experience in guiding others on their path toward wellness. Their innovative healing work has brought them much acclaim both in the USA and England.

These unique experiences provide classes and exercises relating to physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social wellness in order to cultivate a stronger mind-body connection. Each retreat merges medical science with years of experience in working with wellness for the heart. A variety of disciplines including yoga, Chi Gong, poetry, song, meditation, energy and dream work, are employed during your personal exploration.

He has given lectures and provided workshops in the US and England for more than 20 years.
